• ABV (alcohol by volume) may vary slightly between batches
• We reserve the right to modify product specifications

3.2 Availability

All products are subject to availability. Limited releases and special editions are available while stocks last. We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities per customer
• Refuse orders at our discretion
• Discontinue products without notice
• Substitute similar products with customer consent in case of stock issues

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Prices

• All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement
• We are not responsible for pricing errors on our website

4.2 Payment

Payment must be received in full before order processing. We accept:

• Bank transfers
• Other payment methods

All transactions are processed securely. We do not store information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Within New Zealand

We currently ship within New Zealand only. Shipping terms:

5.2 Delivery Requirements

• Recipient must be present to sign for delivery
• Photo ID may be requested by the courier
• If delivery cannot be completed, redelivery fees may apply
• Packages will not be left in mailboxes or safe places

5.3 Risk and Title

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the courier. We are not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages after courier confirmation of delivery
• Damage during shipping (unless product arrives visibly damaged)
• Delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by customer

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 General Policy

Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and food safety regulations:

• We cannot accept returns of opened products
• All sales are final unless product is faulty or damaged
• Change of mind is not grounds for return under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

6.2 Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue
• We will arrange replacement or refund at our discretion
• Damaged bottles must not have been opened
• Minor cosmetic damage to labels does not constitute a fault

6.3 Wrong or Missing Items

If your order is incorrect or incomplete:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• We will send missing items or arrange return of incorrect items
• Proof of purchase required

7. Consumer Rights

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 remain unaffected by these terms. Products must be:

• Of acceptable quality
• Fit for purpose
• As described

If products do not meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

8. Responsible Service of Alcohol

In accordance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, we:

• Will not sell to intoxicated persons
• Reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
• May limit quantities sold to prevent harmful drinking
• Encourage responsible consumption of alcohol
• Support Host Responsibility principles
