The Burgundy Inspiration
NV Grape Blend - Burgundy is a tribute to the traditional winemaking of Burgundy, combining spontaneous ale fermentation with premium Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes.
Grape Composition
Carefully selected 75% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir grapes are blended with our spontaneous ale. The Chardonnay provides bright acidity and structure, while Pinot Noir adds red fruit complexity.
Multi-Age Blending
Each blend combines three different aging profiles: 25% aged 12 months for freshness, 25% aged 24 months for complexity, and 50% aged 36+ months for depth and vinous character.
Harmonious Union
The final blend achieves perfect balance between beer and wine traditions. Spontaneous fermentation meets Burgundian grape varieties in a unique expression of terroir and craftsmanship.
